By using Hookhaus you agree to these terms.
The service
Hookhaus is a workspace for app information, store copy, screenshots, social media posts, a publishing calendar and measurements. Only invited people can access an account.
Your account and connected platforms
- You are responsible for following the rules of every platform you connect (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and others).
- Hookhaus publishes only the posts you approve, at the times you choose. Nothing you have not approved is posted.
- Platforms are connected through official OAuth; Hookhaus never asks for your platform password.
Your content
Content you upload and create is yours. You give Hookhaus permission to use it only to provide the service (store it, process it and publish it on your behalf). Do not upload content that infringes anyone else's rights.
AI output
AI suggestions can be wrong or incomplete; Hookhaus labels them as suggestions. Reviewing them before publishing is your responsibility. We never fill in a value we did not measure (for example engagement or rankings) with an estimate.
Prohibited use
- Publishing spam, misleading or illegal content.
- Trying to bypass the service's security or access someone else's account.
- Breaking platforms' automation and content rules.
Availability and liability
Hookhaus is provided "as is". Changes or outages in platform APIs can temporarily stop some features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
Termination
You can close your account at any time (see Data deletion). Access may be suspended for accounts that break these terms.
